Turn your Epic team into the one other departments ask for
A year-long leadership program for Epic analysts, managers and directors. It teaches the things certification never covers: ownership, communication and alignment with the rest of the organization.
Who it's for
- Directors who promoted strong analysts into management and need them to lead.
- Managers in their first two years who have never been taught how to run a team.
- Senior analysts ready for more, with nowhere obvious to grow.
- Epic teams that are technically good and still seen as the department of no.
- Leaders who want to keep their best people instead of losing them to consulting.
How the program is built
Created by Al Fisher from nearly 20 years in Epic and the weekly writing behind The Epic Professional.
- An onsite kickoff. One day together to set goals for the team and for each person.
- Cohort sessions. Regular group calls where leaders work through real situations from their own week.
- One-on-one mentorship. An add-on for newer managers who need individual coaching.
- A 52-week curriculum. A full year of material on mindset, ownership, communication and leading change.
- Cohorts by level. Directors, managers and analysts get sessions pitched to where they are.
- Sold to the organization. An annual program for your team, priced per seat.

Small enough for everyone to speak. We set the size with you.
Can the schedule flex around our budget cycle?
Yes. Cadence and start date are set with the sponsoring leader.
When does the next cohort start?
